The Arab Networks (4As) are: The Arab Network for Literacy and Adult Education, headquartered in Egypt, the Arab Network for Popular Education, headquartered in Lebanon, the Arab Campaign for Education for All, headquartered in Palestine and the Arab Network for Civic Education (ANHRE), headquartered in Jordan. In  Cooperation with the German Adult Education Association DVV International and  the Middle East Network on Innovative Teaching and Learning MENIT.
